Jan. 30, 2014 – Copylandia Office Systems Corporation has been partnering with the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines in all its events for the past two decades. Once again, as a staunch supporter of CEAP’s initiatives, Copylandia joined the 2014 CEAP-NBEC Summit in De La Salle University-Manila, which ran from January 28 to 29.

The summit was organized by CEAP’s National Basic Education Commission and held in DLSU’s Henry Sy Sr. Hall. Among the key topics discussed were the Implementation of the K to 12 Program, and the recently passed Anti-Bullying Act of 2013. In the SPECIAL EDITION of The Copypost, Copylandia’s official newsletter, a brief guide toRA 10627 was included to help convention goers.

During the event, Copylandia also brought along the most advanced technology in instant printing and publishing, the RISO COMCOLOR 9150. As the world’s fastest full-color inkjet printer and with the lowest cost per print in the market, the COMCOLOR is designed to help schools easily adjust to the K-12 program by providing schools with print-on-demand (POD) capability that is easy to execute.

The POD capability makes the COMCOLOR series a valuable asset for all schools in realizing the increased workload and instant printing requirements entailed by the new curriculum. To showcase the printer’s capabilities, Copylandia held a live demonstration of the COMCOLOR by printing CEAP flyers, event collateral and educational materials for guests during the summit. To highlight the amazing Print on Demand features of the COMCOLOR, it printed 500 copies of The Copypost right on the event floor. Using the optional Multi-Finisher II accessory module, the COMCOLOR was able to sort, fold and staple the newsletters right in front of attendees.
