Job Description After being given ample product and sales training, the sales trainee has the following responsibilities;

  • Presentation of company products to new and existing accounts;
  • Sale and installation of company products to new and existing accounts which includes all possible businesses, whether small or large companies;

Job Description The successful candidate will join a fresh batch of dynamic, high-energy, and self-driven individuals and be exposed to Copylandia’s business with corporate and institutional accounts. Their objective is to ultimately become trusted consultants to our clients, and provide office solutions from among the best high-technology brands that the company carries. Candidates accepted by the company will be exposed to sales and other aspects of the business, preparing them for managerial positions within a short period.

 

Minimum Qualifications A graduate of a four-year college degree from a reputable university, the candidate must have the following abilities and qualifications:

  • Must be smart, has a good personality, communication and people skills (non-negotiable)
  • Can do field sales work and is a self-starter
  • Prior solid job experience in sales (at least 2 years) gained from a sales company
  • Has a passion to excel and earn a good income from sales
  • Above-average practical computer knowledge
  • Learns new technologies quickly (digital)
  • Creative, resourceful, flexible and industrious
  • Stable, mature, dependable and responsible
  • High level of integrity
  • Non-smoker and practices and/or observes a healthy lifestyle

MONTHLY COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • BASIC SALARY starts P20,000.00 TO P30,000.00 (depending on the level of experience of applicant)
  • MONTHLY ALLOWANCE for mobile, internet & transportation FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES of up to P5,000 monthly
  • SUBSTANTIAL COMMISSIONS PER SALE averaging P30,000 to P500,000 per month (OR MORE)
  • OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL AROUND THE PHILIPPINES & ABROAD as part of TRAVEL INCENTIVES
  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent from a reputable school
  • Male, not more than 28 years of age.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • With good English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Personable, flexible, resourceful and with initiative
  • With good technical background preferably in an IT environment.
  • With utmost dedication and competence for intensive training.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and out-of-town service calls.
  • Amenable to working from Mondays through Saturdays, 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance Check (PMC) on existing machines installed in the client’s area.
  • Installation of machines to areas of the client when needed and according to the schedule of the selling unit.
  • Provide timely technical support to clients when deployed machines need troubleshooting or repair.
  • Educate and train clients on proper machine use and basic maintenance.
  • Recommend solutions to clients to gain optimum benefits from using the machines.
  • Install spare parts according to the approved requirements and schedule of the clients.
  • Monitor the inventory of consumables and spare parts of clients
  • Project spare parts needed by the clients and include in the projection preparation.
  • Deliver required consumables and spare parts when needed and according to schedule.
